We're used to counting on our old furnace to wake us up when it kicks on in the morning. We'll have to use a regular alarm clock now, as the new furnace is too quiet.

The Installation of our York Affinity looks great! Please convey my thanks to you and Chad for their excellent work. We work from home and it was fun to have them both around for the day. It sounded as if they were enjoying their work, which is always a good sign. Lydia and I are both architects and we appreciate their aesthetic sensibility; the intake and exhaust are routed with care, parallel around the existing supply trunk to find their way into adjacent joist bays - a solution to our snarled ceiling that we hadn't thought of. The gas supply piping has been cobbed together over the years, and they made that look pretty, too. We appreciate good craftsmanship, and the sheet metal base can is crisp and nicely done.
