When you choose Blue Flame you're choosing a quality installation, and when we install Trane equipment you're getting the very best. We think you should know what your installers are doing to insure the quality you expect. We take several steps to insure you're getting what you need.
- Floors are protected with floor runners
- Job sites are thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed after installation
- Custom fabricated sheet metal
- Sheet metal is cross-braked to insure durability
- Sheet metal seams and joints sealed with duct mastic to prevent air leakage
- Leak tests on all refrigeration lines
- Environmentally friendly refrigeration
- Refrigerant charged to manufactures' specifications
- Equipment properly installed and level
- Air cleaners installed to allow maximum air flow through
- All gas piping correctly sized and leak tested with air
- All penetrations sealed
- All pilot lights relit (hot water heater, etc ...)
- Electronic air cleaners wired properly and tested
- Thermostat installed with customer instructions
- Blower set for proper air flow
- Provide homeowner with manuals
- Set gas valve pressures on furnaces
- Customer instruction on system operation
- Quality control foreman
- Pre inspection on larger jobs to ensure efficiency
