If you are dissatisfied with our workmanship, we will come back and make it right. No charge. No fuss. Thank you for not charging us for the service call. Also I want to tell you some good news of ours. We received our first gas bill since routinely using the new furnace and much to our surprise, even though it feels like we are leaving heat on much more and indeed are heating up much more of the house, our bill was down 30% from last year at this time. I guess those old dinosaur units we took out were really inefficient. We are very happy with the change. We enjoy working with you and will continue to recommend you. Thank you!

I want to commend Danny for his exceptional follow through yesterday. The installation job was more extensive than expected and he ended up on his own from about 3:00 until the job was completed at approximately 7:00. He was thorough, conscientious, efficient and professional in his approach to the entire project. Having the installation complete for my family to enjoy last night made a huge difference in my life. My builder picked Blue Flame to put in our furnace, and recommended them for air conditioning service. We had a guy named Robert Macgregor come out and walk through the house, and he was terrific at giving us the information we needed and not pushing the most expensive unit on us. We agreed to a new Trane A/C unit, and their team came out within a few days and did a great job installing it. They were friendly and fun, and spent time with us making sure we were happy with everything. The new A/C unit is very quiet and works well.
